Charles R. Vineyards Wedding | Caitlin + Matt
Oh holy views. Charles R Vineyard. The longer we are in this industry, the more difficult it is to surprise us (I think). There is always beauty and inspiration in every wedding we shoot, but sometimes, you get driven to the top of a mountaintop ceremony, with almost nothing in sight in all directions, and that is just exciting! The majestic hilltop where Matt + Caitlin said I DO is above the Charles R Vineyard tasting room in Livermore, CA. On top of that hill, time slowed down, and Caitlin and Matt’s country wedding dreams came true.
Before we share more from their beautiful wedding day, here are some fun facts about Matt and Caitlin: They met online. The first time Matt saw Caitlin, he thought “Dang, she's cute”! Caitlin remembers feeling immediately comfortable with him, and she even went in for the first kiss! Aww. Go Caitlin! They have a chihuahua/weiner dog named Mozzarella who likes to tell them what she wants by sneezing at them. They have matching tattoos and quite enjoy a good spur of the moment round of karaoke!
Okay, now that you are all caught up, back to the wedding! Charles R Vineyard is owned by some of Caitlin’s family members, and this day could not have been more personal. The venue fit these two country-lovin lovebirds so perfectly. There was not an ounce of stuffiness, just loads of sunflowers, laughter, hay bales, delicious food, crazy dance moves, tearful toasts, and oh did I mention, spectacular views of the Livermore hillsides drenched in sunlight?! Swoon.
